We do it all! Brick, castable, plastic, fiber work, shotcrete/shotcast, gunite, precast shapes, wear materials and tear-out services. Our crews have extensive experience in the Cement, Power, Aluminum, Waste-to-Energy, Pulp and Paper and Mineral Process industries.
Our 20,000 square foot warehouse is complete with a full line of materials including castables, plastics, ceramic fiber, anchors, mortars and selected brick shapes.
Equipment plays a big role in today's typical refractory project. In order to make sure we can be responsive, we own and maintain the specialty refractory equipment necessary to meet sudden needs. We also have at least one back up unit to-boot!
Tear-Out services is just another aspect of our capabilities. We currently have six tear-out units in a variety of sizes. We utilize both Brokk and Kubota machines and have the necessary articulated loaders to remove rubble as necessary.
Precast Shapes and Big Block are not just a sideline with us. We have extensive knowledge and experience installing kiln nose blocks, lifters, and burner blocks. We also have completed numerous Big Block projects in aluminum and are strategically partnered with Wahl Refractories as a preferred installer.
Fiber Doors are our specialty! We are a licensed producer of the world famous "Mega-Module" as designed by Furnace Works Corporation. Not only can we manufacture any size and thickness fiber module you may require, we can also fabricate the steel frame as well.
You Call, We Haul. We have our own trucks in order to be more flexible and responsive to emergencies and sudden demand jobs. We also have a warehouse staff, not just a guy "out in the warehouse". You can expect a complete and accurate bill of material, no matter what time of day or night you may need it.
